Tasks and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
– Schedule employees, observe performance and conduct reviews and evaluations
– Train and manage participants who are currently enrolled in the company’s program
– Coordinates the company’s services and resources with other staff;
– Analyses internal processes and systems, recommends and implements procedural and policy changes;
– Recruits and manages staff, assigns and delegates tasks and duties, makes changes in procedures to deal with variations in workload;
– Control and administration of budget, budget recommendations for training programs;
– Develop Training Plans for participants;
– Assist in Recruitment process; screen and interview applicants for appropriate training programs.

Information Technology – PROGRAMMER ANALYST/SUPPORT

Beyond Management Group is looking for a full time Programmer Analyst/Support, who will be responsible for administration of Application servers such as BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere and other webservers such as sunone, Microsoft IIS, Apache etc and other middle ware tools such as MQ Series, Tuxedo on Unix and windows based platforms. Responsibilities will include maintaining the existing environments and creating new ones as need arises, troubleshooting if server is down, deploying new applications onto the servers to make them available to the public and troubleshooting if there are deployment issues of any kind.

Employee will also be required to maintain a healthy and growing relationship with our clients providing them with high-quality customer service and timely deliverance of products. For this reason, we need a person who is strong in communication and customer service skills and knows how to handle a very diverse multicultural client base.

Besides the above full time responsibilities, Employee will be responsible for working with infrastructure engineering team, new application development components and on-going content development on our portals / suite of web services. These requirements are on-going throughout the years as the engineers are required on multiple in-house development efforts.

Responsible for the system design and programming of individual modules within a project.
