We provide services of Construction Project Management to our clients, acting in their interest and managing every element of a project from program to cost. We have extensive construction project management experience working in a wide variety of sectors including: roads, commercial offices, retail, new build and refurbishments, and residential developments both in the UK and USA.
We take the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project. This is done by working closely with the client in:
- Developing the project brief;
- Creating a program or schedule and monitors the progress of the design team;
- Facilitating the Procurement Stage;
- Administering the contract between the appointed Contractor and the Owner;
- Ensuring the project will be finished according to the specifications/design, schedule and budget;
- In Post Construction stage, facilitating the handover of the project and close out.
